Nerve root Blocks
Facet Injections
Epidurals
S/I Joint injections
Cervical injections
Lumbar injections
Unrestricted AK medical license or able to apply for one
Work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, with great organizational and communication skills.
Willing to relocate in the area full time or travel during part-time work
