Western Branch Primary Care is located on Taylor Road in the heart of the Western Branch area of Chesapeake. Our new modern practice is 1 mile off the exit from I-664 and near the MMMBT. Surrounded by schools, churches, dining, entertainment and residential neighborhoods - this busy practice is firmly established in the community we serve.

• 2024 Start Date - 120 days after receiving signed offer
• NP must be licensed and able to care for patients of ALL AGES.
• Accepting Experienced AND newly graduated NP/PA applicants with a passion for outpatient primary care practice - strong nursing background and primary care-focused training rotations is highly preferred.
• 3 MDs and 3 NPs - each with 1:1 CMA support
• Full Time Position open due to practice Growth - 100% outpatient
• Prefer schedule 5-8's M-F
• Shared Call Group - approx. 1:10 - no hospital requirement
• Point of Care Testing - Phlebotomist on site - PharmD in practice 2x per week
• Lab- EKG in practice
• EPIC EMR
• Telehealth - E-visits available through MyChart
• Average 18 - 24 patients per day after ramp-up period
